Shortly after losing "Tommy",we lose one of your Midnights,so hard to take Budd. Quite how we justify it,thats a personal thing,every one of them leaves a mark. Following horses from a young age,the attachment goes way beyond the confines of punting. Even now,a year on,I half expect to see my old mucker Mohaayed entered in a decent handicap somewhere. Madness I know .... sometimes they mean so much more than a number on a race-card. Thoughts go out to everyone connected to these horses,the ultimate price for our entertainment.
