Small profit on day 3, just wish Melon had a bigger nose. More bets and bigger stakes tomorrow including Chosen Mate each way(4 places) in the Grand Annual. Hoping Gordon Elliot continues his good record for the meeting this year.

Backed Chosen Mate at 8 just layed 5.9. My each way was 5 places not 4.

Desperate scenes for the Goshen team.
Huge performance for a 4 yr old until that final flight.
Given a lovely waiting ride up to that point,judged the pace perfectly.
Plenty putting the boot in aimed at the rider,not required.
Nobody will be feeling worse this morning.
Lovely words from the owner post race,very classy under the circumstances.
Lets hope he stays sound,he looks an absolute superstar,in very good hands.

Well said. I have to say I have never seen a horse get his back hoof get caught up in the front. But to quote from the film Forrest Gump "**** happens".
