dont let anything put you off it charlton  if ya fancy it strongly go in as much as you are comfortable with ,the bigger the price the more you win ! the great thing about backing big prices is as you know you dont have to put much on to win big . havent got round to this race yet but good luck with it .

yeah charlton a good few times i have regretted not going in even harder on some selections a few negative comments had me thinking " maybe my judgement is wrong " it is wrong a lot of the time but now and then one or 2 go in at decent prices and although you can never have enough on now and then you are kicking yourself thinking i should have really went for it .

Obvious chance but so have many others with better clock performances including Johnston`s other runner. Personally I am a watcher but good luck whatever you decide.

One thing that intrigues me is that every winner of the Coventry after 2005 had won first time out. '05 was Red Clubs at at the changed venue of York. Iceman in 2004 also wasn't victorious first time out. Will look into it a bit further but essentially its not that useful a stat, just interesting. AOB fav Arizona would have to buck this trend along with your Monoski but its there to be broken.

Arizona looks a worthy favourite but Golden Hoarde for the bang in form Clive Cox at 33/1 e/w 4 places for me.

as we know these 2 yo s can improve bundles so its a bit of a guessing game as to how much any of them have improved and for that reason i would rather be guessing at 20s plus than under 3s .good luck uncle nice price !
