gpz6316, I did notice the time was a few seconds slower but I put that down to the easier ground. Nevertheless, I was impressed the distance he beat Adjali who ran Quel Destin very close previously.

hmm 40ls behind other times but visually impressive . their is no logical reasoning given you accept he ran over the same c,d why fd could do it . to beleive he can come on 40 lengths . logically the time speaks volumes

Fakir D'oudaries (FD) clocked a time 7.7s slower than Al Dancer (AD) on good to soft compared to good by AD; FD will be receiving 8lbs for wfa despite his experience over hurdles. here and in France; the ground will suit too.

Be careful comparing times on turf tracks that can have many alterations made from meeting to meeting.
If you want to compare FDs time do it with the other hurdle race which was run on the same day over the identical C and D. ![]() |

dubya , i cant be any further fron a time guy . i am all about whom is in the here and now . i just mentioned it as its a negative of large proportions imo

i hope in the next few days that those that want to express their opinion will . regardless of the result i have enjoyed it . the fore and the nay . for me its edn , bvd and clan des obeaux and a few quid as it transpires

i also think ruby will knock it on the head at punchestown this year
|

By:
regarding ruby knocking it on the head , after reading the dailymail article i was wrong to try and predict . he still loves riding and i wont be saying anything else about the great jockey
|

By:
I think he'll call it a day post this season as he's media work commitments.

Sadly your horse is out gpz6316

wowcha thats a slap

just looking at the prices , i think theirs a big surge towards the usual suspects , odds wise their too big if the yards really fancied kd or ab , the money is the punters not the yards . i,m obviously on the hoof now , but , made my mind that edn was the one and so logic suggests that grand sancy will represent the form very closely so he will be my pick to make amends . best of luck

the rains have come and scuppered the decent ground from imo . so another switch for me onto the lightly raced soft ground loving vision dhonneur whom elliott desribes as being in very good form .
|
|
By:
disappointing chelts for me . hope you had better luck , not over yet as i am still keen on clan des obeaux .

strange why klassical dream wasnt supported like i imagined a mullins walsh hotpot would be . vibe wise he may go on , but , was not thought of in the class of the shorties theyve had in the past .
|
|
By:
Klassical was down to run in the Ballymore, and only the soft ground initiated a reroute.
I'm sweet on Clan Des Obeaux and Native River - value aplenty - but their prices here are not on kilter with the street bookies. |

very poor cheltenham for me . thought the changing ground on the first day really scuppered the form . then as the wind dried it out the form came back . congrats to the winners
