Final decs now in and despite the question mark over the stable form and her poor run last time in the Irish Oaks I have to give Magic Wand another chance at 7/1.
Bolted up, as predicted
, on fast ground at Ascot in the Ribblesdale and with conditions to suit she looks overpriced to me.
Laurens is a cracking filly but has to prove she stays and Sea Of Class, for all she is progressive, looks very short to me - can see her drifting to well over 2/1 myself.
Coronet looks the danger so I'll do a stakes saver on her too.

with the greatest respect to a 200k race this looks like a prep going into autumn for many . id go coronet who is peaking now .
Sea Of Class or Laurens has to win to be considered as a serious Arc contender. A watching brief for Magic Wand.
Difficult to envisage Coronet being out of the three - time may tell she was facing the impossible taking on Poets Word and Crystal Ocean.
