Probably removed due to no one on their staff understanding the term "ante-post" any more.

I think they staff their support team with work experience students from the local comp.
A week or two back I pointed out (on Twitter) that the top 4 market for the Premier League
had been set up with one winner and thus calculated liabilities at a quarter of the correct
amount. Their response? "This is because of the low liquidity in the market".

... which would be funny if it didn't make you want to weep.

Their headquarters is 5 minutes down the road from me, and I can confirm when I go past I often see monkeys in the window.

WTF have they done to the Leger market?  Whole load of horses 'scratched'.  Race not shut yet.  Absolute nutters - they don't know what they're doing.

I've asked them on twitter where it has gone.  Let's see if I get a reply.  You can request a horse on twitter though.  I've done it before and they've listed it.

@BetfairCS is the name you need to send it to.

Betfair Help have come back to me very quickly on Twitter.  They say they can't confirm why it was removed only that it is not regularly moderated and horse requests were missed.  They say it is now best to request horses on @BetfairCS as this is constantly watched. 

I have twitter so it's not an issue but if you haven't then I don't know what you'll do.  I like twitter and you get quite a bit of info (some rubbish) but plenty of trainers to follow etc and not bad for odd betting offer. If anyone is interested I'm @shockster67 give me a follow and I'll follow back could do with some of your guys knowledge.

As you'll see the ante post markets are in a state of disarray  with nobody knowing wtf is going on ,laughable stuff which imo wouldn't be occurring if Betfair still had full control of this site. Utter Shambles.
