I have been looking forward to Chelsea Lad running but I wonder if they will risk him if the ground is too firm. Donncha ran well in the Lincoln and has Atzeni this time which has to be a positive. The one I like is El Hayem - a bit of a guess but Stoute in form and would not be still at this stable if it did not have potential.

I can't get away from Chelsea Las 6/1 there were lot of noises about how well handicapped this horse was...didnt risk his mark in Spring Cup ...Moore jocked up...
I tend to back DONNCHA thought he ran well - and thank God Spencer not on board...

Backed Donncha in The Lincoln. Thought he was given a poor ride by Spencer( even though the horse has to produced late) jockey didn't come across from a poor draw.
I've gone for BANKSEA in this ( 11/1) ironic because it's ridden by Spencer !!!!

Not Spencer's biggest fan myself, & about halfway it looked like another of his " frustrating" no clear run ones again!!!
But it opened up nice for him, & he's come home a "well timed" winner :-) Nice 1

Spencer rode well... He is a bit like marmite... remember when he retired - I was relieved... but he just keeps on going with the odd rides of brilliance...

Btw CHELSEA LAD - Moore seemed to get himself in to trouble ... but thought he had a lot more horse under him when he started looking left and right... clearly horse went wrong...

Yep, hope Chelsea Lad is ok. Looking at race result write up, Donnacha again ran well, running on at end and not beaten that far. He's an enigmatic horse, likely to frustrate backers in the future.But I think he has a good handicap in him, so will keep him in mind.
