Mine are

1. Wild tempest

even though this lost to the highly regarded cracksman, there wasn't much in it and for me this horse made a more deep impression. Just love his huge raking stride.

2. Titus

lovely looking specimen and highly-regarded by the Weld stable who had last years winner. Middle distance pedigree and beautifully named.

3. Venice beach

think this might emerge as O'Briens main derby hope. Was extremely green behind Titus on debut but stayed on well. Half brother to an arc winner so should excel over middle distances.

4. Talaayeb

Loved the way this travelled and finished on it's debut. Recording some good sectionals and looks certain to stay a mile and could make up into an Oaks filly. Owner has good strike rate in 1000 guineas.

Okool - been eye catching (to me anyway) despite being out of the frame in two 1m maidens and should be well suited by a step up to 10-12f. Might be short of top class but a big handicap might be on the cards.

Art Of Swing, won Kempton h,cap late last year after showing promise before. This horse looks huge and I can't imagine 9lb rise having much effect.

I remember Okool- I too thought that was promising at York but the problem was the time of that maiden was very slow which rather suggests it wasn't very good, then it was slightly disappointing for me on it's next start.

Another one I should give a shout to is Swiss Storm- huge horse and the fact he did quite well at two suggests he should do even better at three

I've only had one antepost bet and thats Sir John Lavery for the Derby.

I thought he ran a tremendous race on debut when given absolutely no chance through greenness early, to finish a never nearer third under a tender ride and that form has some substance to it with the second going on to win a Listed race next time. He stepped up markedly on that when he annihilated the field at Gowran, and the way he asserted in the final furlong was very impressive. Hard to know if that form is any good at all, but it was very taking visually and the considering it was only 8 days after his debut was even more impressive.

Looked a really big, strong, powerful specimen. Might not be completely straight forward, but impeccably bred and top of my list.
