Djakadam - Lexus

Can't find a quote or a link but I recall Mullins was keen to nominate Lexus as target for Don Poli but reluctant to commit Djakadam to the race after their respective wins at Aintree and Punchestown the weekend before last.

That might have something to do with it - not impossible that connections change their mind obviously.

On ATR on the weekend, a 'special' with him mentioned several horses and their plans, but completely overlooked horses like Djakadmam and Vroum Vroum Mag, but did mention Don Poli was being aimed at Lexus. Maybe something in the New Year for Djakadam?

In his early season stable tour, Mullins said Djakadam would start off his season in either the John durkan or the Lexus. So doesn't sound like he will be running in both.

Appears to be re Mullins comments. Not sure what he will meet apart from Smad Place, as others in King George and Lexus wont take in both? Can only shorten in market imo.
