Very disappointing field. Just a Par will surely be odds on.

He is. 4/6

Such a shame they've decided not to run Many Clouds.

How poor a race is this??
Report buddeliea December 23, 2013 6:11 PM GMT
p!ss poor!!

You hear trainers moaning about the lack of options for novice chasers, yet only five are declared for one of the top novice chases outside the festival. It's not like there's a Dynaste, Grands Crus (&conti&bob) or a Long Run in it this season to scare them all off.

This has just shot to the top of the worse grade 1's chartCry
Report Ballydoyle December 23, 2013 6:40 PM GMT
No no ...the Tingle Creek still number one on those charts surely?
Report ACStafford December 23, 2013 6:48 PM GMT
Incredibly, this looks even worse than that dire Tingle Creek.
Report buddeliea December 23, 2013 6:51 PM GMT
Yep

Where are the Henderson novice chasers? You know the ones who have no opportunities
Report Ballydoyle December 23, 2013 10:01 PM GMT
Exactly...Hendo will be moanin in January that there aren't any suitable races for his novice chasers...Fannny!
Report Ballydoyle December 23, 2013 10:03 PM GMT
Just a Par ain't that good.i backed him lto and he's a 4 miler in the making

4/6  is  a gift, surely only has to complete to win.
Report twonky December 24, 2013 10:42 AM GMT
It beats me how this race retains its grade 1 status, it's on a par with that grade 1 at Chepstow at Xmas. Since 1988, only 3 horses have won a grade 1 after winning the Feltham. See More Indians, Baccanal and Long Run, a lot of the others developed into handicappers, though, Gloria Victis could have been something else if they had stuck to the novice route.
Report sageform December 25, 2013 8:45 AM GMT
It is a very weak race on paper. Can't really see any of them winning the RSA.
Report Ballydoyle December 25, 2013 10:20 AM GMT
Never been done the double and this lot wont be changing anything.
Report buddeliea December 26, 2013 8:30 AM GMT
Yep agree,if you want to see the RSA horses, watch the Irish races.
Report Ballydoyle December 26, 2013 10:53 PM GMT
Worst Feltham ever seen. Should've been ran at Romford. Dogs!
Report alleged22 December 26, 2013 11:21 PM GMT
