Never knew it was on. How did it go?

It was really interesting. Mostly football players but they sound like they are going to try and start listening to the customers again. It sounded like people with 20% comms discount levels and above had been randomly selected to represent different sports. If you are a big commission player there was talk of setting up a working group for large exchange players to air their views on improvements things that work well don't work well. Might be something you can investigate if you feel you would want to be involved. Obviously I don't know people's real names on here that play the horses big or provide liquidity but I know the usernames i think are the bigger players. Sounds like they are getting back to account managers which is good news.

I raised a couple of grievances about various things, met some of the guys who were in on betfair from the very beginning. If you want to know more details give me a shout.
