I'm having a row with them on Twitter and they're meant to be ringing me.

The new site is useless - it doesn't update when a bet is struck.

I'm really p1ssed off with what I have to pay and what I get from BF some days. I wish
the purple site would get its act together and make BF work a bit harder.

Betfair customer care is absolutely useless. They have no problem phoning your house all the time to ask you what you're having for your tea, and after a conversation that last 2 days they will tell you they have no offers for you. They owe me a free bet, and it took them 3-4 weeks to answer my email, after they replied to my original mail i'm still waiting on a reply about 6 weeks later. Absolutely useless.

All I get from betfair is incentives to play arcade games- stymied as far as Derby is concerned

I don't think it'll be fixed before the market closes now.
