Anyone else with the same problem? I've got loads of bets - they show up - but the normal green/red profit figures have
disappeared.
If I go to the new site they are there, but I find it almost unusable because the list of bets is in the wrong order.

I'm having a row with them on Twitter and they're meant to be ringing me.
The new site is useless - it doesn't update when a bet is struck. I'm really p1ssed off with what I have to pay and what I get from BF some days. I wish the purple site would get its act together and make BF work a bit harder. |

Betfair customer care is absolutely useless. They have no problem phoning your house all the time to ask you what you're having for your tea, and after a conversation that last 2 days they will tell you they have no offers for you. They owe me a free bet, and it took them 3-4 weeks to answer my email, after they replied to my original mail i'm still waiting on a reply about 6 weeks later. Absolutely useless.
