I'm thinking of making my first visit to the track. It's £52 on train and my main reason for going is to see Kauto and the Betfair Chase, or do I stay at home and watch RUK like most Saturdays?
I was disappointed on my last visit for many years, these big screens lead me to ask myself why was I there when I could have stayed home and seen exactly the same pictures as were portrayed in front of the stands.

I'm going as a guest of an owner, we went up earlier in the year and all I can say is the best day out racing I've had, great views, fantastic surroundings and our horse won! Hopefully the same again this time. Would recommend to everyone. Plus this two day fixture has some quality racing.

Went to this meeting last year. It was an excellent day, though mostly due to Kauto's win. I'm planning on going up again this year, but am worried about the ground. I always struggle punting on soft ground.
