Fulbright at Goodwood on Friday 3 august

Forgive me if this has been mentioned already, but on collecting my winnings on Fulbright today i found that Ladbrokes had applied a 15p rule 4 deduction to my bet.   I asked why this had been applied and was told that Trade Commisioner was a 9/2 non runner, i looked at my racing post and found that this was already a non-runner without being quoted in the Ladbrokes rp advert page 65. I had them check it out and got my refund. So if you backed it with Ladbrokes check your bets.
