At the risk of sounding churlish (and I certainly 'get' where you're going with this one), I reckon Federer would be a brilliant boxer.
As one of the most outstanding athletes the world has ever seen, blending a potent mixture of  limitless stamina, speed, power, reaction time, footwork and hand-eye co-ordination, I think you would be hard pressed to find a none boxer more perfectly suited to the demands of that sport. Of course, he could have a glass jaw, but that didn't stop many from becoming a world champion and he doesn't lack for courage.
In fact, for the few historical figures who have achieved a level of greatness in any sport comparable to what Federer has acheived, it's almost certain that they would've 'made it' in almost any other sport, the talent transcends. Had it been their sole focus from an early age, I've little doubt that Don Bradman, Michael Jordan, Ed Moses etc etc could've won Wimbledon.
And yes, Frankel would gag up over 10-12F.

Frankel would never beat Federer at Wimbledon imo.

I don't think Frankel would have been asked to step up to 5-set competition as yet.

Happy just to keep winning 3-set tournaments.
