Is this an April Fools day prank?
Report judorick April 1, 2012 12:27 AM BST
Nope, the market has been funny all day with people trying to lay the horse

was trading at 17.5 the other day
Report April 1, 2012 10:16 PM BST
market suggests the originator is correct.
Report RedAdair April 2, 2012 1:07 PM BST
Sunnyhillboy still on course for the National, according to this from Sporting Life.
Report judorick April 2, 2012 5:39 PM BST

Report judorick April 3, 2012 4:12 PM BST
settled back down at 23/24 now
Report carvillshill April 3, 2012 10:45 PM BST
Vibes on both Jonjos not great- must be a doubt.
Report stevo1 April 3, 2012 10:48 PM BST

both horses in the top 8 in the betting and have settled down so there is no indication from the market apart from someone took a chunk of £140 at 21 on Sunnyhillboy today so there is some activity but the traded volumes are very low (have been monitoring volume every day) and there has been £2000 traded in the last 24 hours

Someone just looking to get a price on sunnyhill, it's typical of this forum.
Report stevo1 April 4, 2012 4:51 PM BST
Sint looking likely Giles Cross gonna make gig, worry re Dennis not riding why not put few pounds over as knows horse so well.
Report sintonian April 4, 2012 7:08 PM BST
Agree. Not sure if their are rules against that tbh if you state it before the race. They could just say he is trying to make the weight but then doesn't and still rides.

We'll see anyway
Report judorick April 13, 2012 7:32 PM BST
been weird the movement on this one

we had all those shenanigans with price drifts in last two weeks

and now on the eve of the race he has shortened into 16.5/17 today (from 23/24 this morning)

what's going on? JP getting on or Tom Segal tipping tomoz?

any ideas
Report booster April 13, 2012 10:03 PM BST
Could just be that he was the value at that price, certainly attractively handicapped.
Report judorick April 13, 2012 10:05 PM BST
nice coz I backed him at 65
Report judorick April 13, 2012 10:07 PM BST
ah no

but all the strange drifts and all that happened AFTER Cheltenham when it was already known he was well in. He got down to 17.5 on the ante-post market, then all of a sudden there was no money to back him and he was available to back in the 30s again, then he shortened about a week or so before easter and then shortened again.

very strange
