worst caulfield cup i can remember, it's basically no longer being used as a lead up run for the melborune cup. In years gone by you had a lot of horses wanting to win it to make the MC field, now a lot of them tend to use other races.

dont think that is the case, just alot of horse injured.

I could be wrong but im asking myself the question...what is Brian Ellison doing with Saptapadi in this race???? Well ive taken the 33/1 and im hoping to find out why.

Question is?  is he a mug? or is he takiing the piss out of his owners? Or is he justified in proving that he is he just going to get his long awaited big win and that he can train staying hacppers at the top class ? i believe and hope its the latter as i think he is just tops when it comes to training for these type of races.

what do i know?  just hope everything is going right for him and his owners.
