if this is a genuine post by a new customer ,shouldnt betfair have something in place,so when new customers naively put up innocent post and basically just gets ignored,or does this fall between ,not gone through customer service and not covered by the moderators,

this proves you cant outsource forum management,because befair are leaving their customers in the hands of people who (well,dont give a fook),the mods will work to their contracted role,

put in a lay at 1.01 on the first account
back the 1.01 on the second account.....
