Not the biggest fan of backing 4yo's in competitive handicaps, but seeing as though Christian Williams is on the come back trail and had a good association with Alan King who continues in good form, plus Carvills has backed it, and the fact this horse ran into handicap good things the last twice who are now rated in the 140's, i'll chance a few quid.

c/d winner been off the track,small in form trainer...reaks of a x-mas plot imho....hard race to try and land a touch mind...but worth a 2nd glance |

ok cheers Trev will look again. There seems to be a fair few horses in that race which our seriously out of form but dangerously handicapped. It is interesting they are persisting with Pause & Clause given he keeps getting beat wide margins, so will keep an eye on his running, might be one for March.
