Because they know more than we do. RP don't often get it wrong with applicatiion refunds if a certain horse wins, and he's now been pushed out to 3s. Hills were going half a point better than the rest, and Fred is refunding if he wins. There are just too many people keen to give you a price.

I think if one is wrong then they are all wrong Graeme. Don't get in betweens in racing.


Funny thing is it looks such a bad field he could win by a furlong but we haven't seen enough of him to make that judgement.

Could be an idea to back him and put half the expected winnings on another so then if your wrong you could be right or twice as poor

I can see where you're coming from, Ron. The thing is though, it's not often they all get it wrong at the same time. Betfair charge 20p for races and are a bunch of tight erses. They give refunds on a betting application if a certain horses wins, and they usually get it right. Yesterday they offered the deal on blue bunting, other days they go for favs. With regards to a bad field, i won't know the strength of the race until after it's run. In Fact i might not even know until they've all had another run after today. I couldn't get twice as poor, what twice as poor as £0 ?
