Henry Cecil's Arizona Jewel will face just four rivals in Wednesday's Tattersalls Musidora Stakes at York.
The daughter of Dansili jumped into consideration for the Investec Oaks when winning a Sandown maiden in impressive style but will have a pretty serious test in this important Classic trial.
Leading the opposition is the Richard Fahey-trained Barefoot Lady, who was supplemented for the 1000 Guineas when landing the Nell Gwyn at the Newmarket Craven meeting and justified the decision by finishing fifth.
Amazing Beauty represents the all-conquering Aidan O'Brien and landed an all-weather maiden at Dundalk last month. John Gosden's Joviality and the Peter Chapple-Hyam filly Whey Sauce complete the quintet

A very trappy race, with most of the runners stepping up from maidens and conditions races. I would hesitate before betting against a Ryan Moore-ridden Ballydoyle raider at the moment, even though Amazing Beauty's Dundalk form looks nothing special. Arizona Jewel is highly regarded but will probably start at false (i.e. cramped) odds. If Barefoot Lady is a decent price I may back her, as she stayed on steadily in the Guineas and has by far the best form in the book.
