Mine arrived Thursday, and I am going through it with a green highlighter pen on the journeys to and from work.
Then in a week or so it will be left on the shelf for the rest of the season.

I bought mine directly from MHPublications. His site says WHSmith have taken delivery so try your local branch (but make sure you buy the new edition as some branches are not very good at removing old stock).
The site does not seem to have ordering details, which seems rather an oversight. (Previous subscribers are sent an order form.)

The book is also available from the Racing Post -- go to the web site, choose shop from along the top towards the right and then search for Howard as author.
