Couldn't agree more. I expect there to be a plunge on this on Saturday. That's the thing about that mob, they play it low and dirty, very old school, and they have a legion of followers. You have to weigh up whether this is the one, and that's before you've worked out where your morals are...oh no they've gone. I'm enjoying backing them less and less as they get more and more outrageous, but of course if they win I couldn't give a toss.

Betchworth kid must have agood chance in this, whizzed past salden licht when 2ND in november h'cap and is 7Lb better off ,newbury will suit better than kempton last time.Hopefully will get a fast pace and jump ok, four times the price of salden licht so must be worth a punt

Palomar only 50-50 to run with a slight muscle pull. Is having treatment and hopefully will be ok.
Will have a stiff canter tomorrow to see how he has responded to treatment |

Thanks for that Koo. Whats your thoughts on Bothy? Weather could play into his hands and Danny Cook takes off another three

It's the kind of race where the steady, honest improvers like Soldatino and Salden Licht get mugged by something that's been keeping its light under a bushel.
I like the chances of Get Me Out of Here (agree there cd be a big market move) and Notus de la Tour, that had a good pipe-opener when being backed lto. There are also horses at a bigger price like Bothy and Zanir that have showed the ability to run well in the race. |

obviously fpr Bothy the more rain the better. His form last time means he has a good chance.
His owner will have looked more closely at the form and might offer an opinion on here. I dont like saying too much when they're others peoples horses from the same yard |

they worked yest morning, iolith paired with wo & sl with mille chief
iolith missed some work last week & did not eat up, they had an iffy scope and were thinking of skipping this but but was scoped after work yest and is given the all clear to run, would prefer no more rain |
