Non runner - after consultation with vet and trainer we have run out of time, so he will now be prepared for the GC in March. Trainer will announce at lunchtime and he will be scratched at tomorrows declaration stage

Try not to let emotion interfere with betting sofia. This sport has a habit of kicking you if you do.

Chances of a repeat win in the GC just gone up imo. Horse seems at least a stone better when fresh

Oh man, what has your board done now bobby? A mag who managed a 5-1 thrashing of the enemy surely deserved better. A few injuries to key members of a thin squad was bound to knock them. Off topic but had to say it.

red and white - gutting, especially as the absence of IC from Kempton makes it likely I shall have to take the family to watch them play Man City on boxing day - get to avoid Saturday v's Liverpool as I will be at Cheltenham. Rest of the season looks like hard work now

Enjoy Cheltenham, I'm sure it will be a great day's racing. Wish I was going. Brrr!
