Just don't think he'll be classy enough for this, you're looking at a serious Gold Cup horse to be winning this, which I don't think TTO is. That said his price is big enough and I can't put you off at that
Personally, i'm quite interested in his chances IF Nicholls were to aim him for the Grand National

I fancy him strongly for a place aswell. Massive price for a horse who's actually got form on and above the handicap he's running off and that's before even taking into account the first time claimer. He's carrying 9st 9 - If Nacarat (who beat him 4l) was running in this off 9st13 I'm pretty sure he'd be a lot shorter than the 40s you can get.

Laddies normally cut me back but they have let me have large bets on this one(without referring to trader last night) They just don't seem to give this horse any hope at all. He does jump badly at times but he didn't jump well when failing by 1 length to give 20lb to The Package and has severel bits of form that would see him go close today. I'm now on him to my max e.w

Paul Nicholls was noticeably moved by the Newbury crowd's appreciation of Denman after the former Gold Cup winner put up a gallant performance to finish third as he sought an unprecedented treble in the Hennessy Gold Cup.
Sent off the 4-1 favourite, Denman gave eventual winner Diamond Harry a real battle after being roared on by the crowd when he moved into contention on the back straight, and he got an ovation when he returned to be unsaddled.
"That was an outstanding run at the weights and I always thought Diamond Harry would be very hard to beat if he jumped," said Nicholls.
"Nick Williams is a great trainer and Daryl is a brilliant jockey and you have to congratulate them.
"The ground was just a bit lively for Denman and he was flat out all the way, but that has got to be one of his career-best performances.
"I've had a chat with Sam (Thomas) and because he's best fresh, we're going to give him a break now and go straight for the Gold Cup.
"This is why jumps racing is so popular, the horses keep coming back and races like this are so good for the sport."
Nicholls also had the respective fourth and fifth home, The Tother One and Niche Market, and said they had run "cracking Grand National trials".
Barry Geraghty was a little disappointed not to have won with second home Burton Port, reporting: "He hit the cross-fence five out and although he picked up again, the other horse was always finding a bit more and I think we had run our race by then."
Irish raider Pandorama was pulled up early on and only 10 of the 18 finished.

they should send Carruthers back over hurdles. Will always struggle to win over fences imo unless a race cuts up into a small field. Either that or face lumping top weight in a H'cap. He could be an outsider for the WH if they sent back over hurdles imo.

The thother One made more mistakes than normal. Knew he would stay on so hadn't giveen up for a place when out of the picture on TV. Very profitable day but if he could have cut out half of his mistakse would have been challenging the leaders towards the end. Would he jump round the National course?
