as people were wondering what happened to academic rambler, I wondered what happened to charlton 2005?
although we often didn't see eye to eye, and I thought his theories about laying the favourite if it wasn't racing post highest rated (or something like that) were a bit one-dimensional at times, (he had the same reservations about my sort of strategy [;)])
at least he was always honest and fair unlike others I could mention on here.
