Ive recently downloaded betfair onto my new Blackberry but i am unable to open it, i then receive a fault number (27).

I was just wondering if anybody else has had the same problem, as my network provider has been less than helpful.

Thanks.

Yep, I've had exactly the same problem. However, I usually find that if you keep trying you are eventually able to log in.
I can't offer anymore advice than that as I don't use BF on my mobile all that much.

go to options
then advance options
then TCP/IP

after this you will need betfair to advise you what you need to write next to the APN's as this is determined by what network youre on.

ie with virgin you write goto.virginmobile.uk
put user as the username and leave the password blank

then all will work.
