I think ATR will up the ante now they have sole coverage. It would be dissappointing if they didn't.

Big Mac, Chappers & The Weaver Shark all getting shipped out what more could we ask for..I expect some great coverage and banter from these 3..When Zenyatta makes it 20 from 20 who cares whos presenting just enjoy the great racing..

Could ATR cram anymore adverts in . Everytime I turn it over its on adverts. If AW racing is on they'll
split screen it with the Breeders Cup. Claimer or Group 1 I don't think they know the difference, classy.

I wish RUK had irish racing, its painful listening to those 2 idiots on ATR slag each other, and read out emails slagging themselves, Jaysus a pub is the place for that. I wonder what kinda money they're on. I'm sure there's plenty out there that would do a million times better job for the same fee. ATR are a joke.

my point was that RUK coverage of US racing had been superb for the last 5 years,with great analysis, advice with both intelligence and wit, its a shame they couldnt/wouldnt continue with the format which (imo) wiped the floor with atr , who with few exceptions in the presenting dept, just dont cut it

Both channels do a great job and we are lucky to be in this position, but RUK are more proffessional imo

Gary O'Brien is very good at his job and has a very good knowledge of irish racing. When u have luke harvey and Weaver talking about Dundalk racing on friday, I just wanna get sick.

ATR deserve sole rights to the breeders cup, since they cover it every night.

im no fan of atr,but if i remember rightly ruk's coverage was quite poor last year,and i found it quite bland and turned it over to atr!

RUK coverage is a class apart. If ATR show all the aw dross and don't dedicate the night to the Breeders Cup and that only, i will be fecking fuming!!!

Matt should renamed Hyperbole Champan or I have other names for him but I'll never be allowed post again if I put them up.

Bring Back WILLO!

FFS guys why sit and watch all the dross between racing on a Saturday night.  Just turn on for the race then watch something else until the next one.  Simple solution.

No splits shown during the races... really poor effort whoever made that call...

Chapman and Big Mac have done well, especially Big Mac. As for the coverage itself i feel as if ATR has been a bit of a let down, and this for me hasn't been as enjoyable to watch as Santa Anita. Maybe that will change today.

The whole first day was a farce....can't be having these massive priced winners and be geting excited tbh. All the hotpots got stuffed. Hopefully Zenyatta will win coz she is superb

Yeah Wallace now we know why the bookies have been pushing the boat out to make a big deal out of this. I don't recall the effort being made by every Tom, Turpin and harry last year.
