How did Sariska get this bog lover tag? One performance against horses that don't act on it doesn't equal it imo, she's done fine on a range of surfaces. Just think she's not quite up to the very top standard.

spencer has always maintained the perfect going for sariska is the slow side of good which i agree with.

its not trhe fact shes a bog lover its the fact that most horses who have a batter turn of foot than her will not want a bog and she wont mind it 1 bit

If Sariska is to win an Arc she will need to have improved about 7lbs since last year which is unlikely - she was only a 123 rated filly at 3 years - not good enough.

Whilst she may be best on good to soft, I am of the view that she would be most interesting if the going at Longchamp came up heavy. She doesn't mind this a bit, but so many others cannot go in that sort of ground so it would give her a far better chance.

the going used to come up soft nearly every year until about   8 year ago  so haVE A FEELING IT MIGHT BE DUE A VERY SOFT GROUND ARC AGAIN .

there is no predicting the weather, but if it did go very soft I could see Fame And Glory going well, i have always suspected he would be better with an amount of give.
Fame And Glory may be interesting anyway. Aiden seems to be keen to keep him fresh.

a solid e/w bet in the arc with ground to suit as said earlier heavy ground would help her as a lot of the others wouldn't act on it
