Radharcnafarraige should win this easily, as long as that impressive run only 11 days ago hasn't taken too much out of her.

ALBANY 2yo Fillies Group 3 6f
Only 8 runnings but some reasonable trends so far but the %u201Chealth warning%u201D still applies.

Only 1 winner had won over 6f and 48 qualifiers won over 6f split between the eight races so far.

That winner was Cuis Ghaire who won both her races over 6f at Naas.
She had won a group 3 race. There is no penalty applied in the Albany so clearly this is of benefit to pattern race winners.

That Naas race feature prominently as the winner running in Albany has finished 1st plus two 2nds and a 3rd from the four qualifiers.

Todays race provides a chance for Radharncnfarraige who won the G3 Naas race 11 days ago.

I would only give her a place chance today.
Firstly because the race was only 11 days ago and is normally 18 days except for 2005, which was also 11 days, when hot fav Rumplestiltskin finished 3rd.

Secondly because all 8 Albany winners had either one or maximum of two races and %u201CRad%u201D has had four.

Three maidens have won this race and were all beaten favs and placed in all runs.

A 5f win over stiff track like Sandown figured in the earlier years but last years winner Habaayib put paid to that theory having won at Nottingham.

Having ruled out most from above stats and ignoring easy and impressive winners (Margot Did and Memory) at my peril, the short list is;
Cry Lightening %u2013 dwelt and led on post at Leicester 5f so may improve at 6f.
Honeymead %u2013 won at Carlisle 5f staying on strongly and in form trainer.
Tiz My Time %u2013 over from USA and has finished close in both races over 5f, running green on latter. May need the 6f and trainer must think worth sending over and Fallon rides

I fancy Hooray for this, tough race though. Phoebs at 50/1 is also crying out for this 6f. Best of luck.

Ladyanne for me the form has kind of worked out so she looks a bit of value
