Round 1 and 2 to the French. Predictions for the weekend and beyond? The French look a bit handy to me....

Who do you fancy in the French 2,000 TH?

Despite this thread I think **** Turpin must have an excellent chance.  Low draw a plus although 1 might be tricky?  Fav should go well too. Not very inspiring I'm afraid.  You?  Looking forward to the Hocquart more than anything.

Same as you really, would quite like to see Turpin win it for Hannon.

I feel I'm owed one after Rosanara so D1ck or Siyouni for compensation. Pity it never works out like that. Headmaster, do you know why Plenty Pocket is not running in the Hocquart?

'Fraid not, redal.  Is he a horse I should be keeping an eye on?

I give up today.
Plenty pocket is worth watching for I believe.

Interesting...cheers. Looks like the trainer is bringing him along steadily - could be running on Thursday at Longchamp.

Did you have the winner Head? I was on the 2nd but laid off at 1.8 so no damage
Report The Headmaster • May 16, 2010 3:38 PM BST
Nope - I was more hoping that Ivory Land and Tenacious Spring would put a good light on the Noailles form. Confused
Report redal2 • May 16, 2010 3:44 PM BST
They were 5 lengths+ down on the first two though. I still think Planteur and Rewilding will be in the mix come the classics.
Report TD_Gunner • May 16, 2010 3:47 PM BST
I've had a few quid on Rewilding for our Derby Plain

I have it in the Arc. Before Suroor or the other one got their hands on him Sad

Biggest winner in my Derby book, TDG [:(]
