Really like Tartan Gunna in the first as this race looks to be set for him to snatch a lead and stay there...too much weight for Indian Days ( not won off anything like his mark has he?? ) the Cumani horse looks too short after that hike in the weights and Stoute's will likely need a blast before winning? at the prices I hope Tartan is solid e/w value
Omokoroa is very interesting in the 1m4f race having raced already and last years efforts behind Overturn ( in hindsight he had no chance in that ) and then Acquisition and Sherman McCoy make him a leading player...ground should be ok and 10s is fair..
Hoping Starspangled is a machine as that would be fun and he looks good on the videos!
Rigidity in the last is too big for Henry, obvious chances especially with 4 places, nice turn off foot last year...
looking forward to it !! ;-)

FDM looks a standout but 12lbs and at that price I agree - also not sure Luca has had a winner here for a few years if that makes it even less appealing!
leaving the musidora alone myself mate
good luck with Sayif though

I think the fav in the first is worth opposing Plat 12lbs is a serious hike, won well lto, but this is no gimme. Have dutched Imposing & Indian Days.

I'm just posting bets during my lunch break before I return to healing doncaster's sick. I'm starting off with two of fahey's three in the first race, Red jade and sand tiger, though I'm a bit concerned about the ground for red jade. Summerinthecity in the second. In the third I have a decent ew bet on Red fantasy. In the sprint I've backed Mullionmileanhour 4 pts win 2pts place, Doncaster Rover 2pts ew and having seen Main aim at 9/2 I couldn't resist a 2pt win saver. Finally in the 4.55 I've had a speculative 2pts ew on city vaults girl as I think she's crying out for the trip and ground and track should suit her. Good luck all.

I have a half share in recession proof in the first. he is a stayer in the making and this is a bit short for him but you have to start them off somewhere. Could be an ebor horse this year so worth watching today.

Kaptain Kirkup for me in the nxt. Stable going well and run last time isn't as bad as it looked, looked really good early part of last season and should have come on for the first run. gl.

The more I've thought about it, the more I've liked Mullionmileanhour. Has race fitness advantage over a few of these. I see town moor is with me, I've gone 3pts win. GL

I've added more to Main Aim in the next. Kudos to ben and jamesp for their thread on good maiden winners and potential winners. Aviate one of many winners from it.

Main Aim is my main bet here. He has the best (English) form in the second in the July Cup and goes very well fresh. Trainer/jockey won the first race and he looks a solid bet at 9/2, a lot better than the 5/2 earlier in the week, which put me off. I would have been all over Starspangledbanner if it wasn't for the fact that AOB's horses are running poorly. I've had cover on at a bigger price than expected as Aussie sprint form is always the best and he looks a machine in videos i've watched.

Cheers lads. That's the Oaks winner and no mistake. How she won from there I'll never know.
Slybet and Goatsport best price at 10s. Most of the rest 8s. C*rals 4s (!).

town moor, ran no sort of race I'm afraid. Doncaster Rover was quite close which suggests on Abernant form he would've been there but that's just straw clutching.

Dropped to a decent mark and jock has a good record on him sugessting they are going for it today. Stable form only slight concern.

Just backed Cast Cada at Fontwell as assumed it was a two-horse race between that and Elusive Dog, I mean, Dream. Thought it was in the bag but then along came a Gary bloody Moore runner...

Does anybody like Boss's Destination in the last? 3 runs in maidens (1 this season so should be fit) but they have been over 5f, 7f and 7f. Now here's his handicap debut over 1m2f. Been running at the wrong trip to get a nice mark maybe? Not that that kind of stuff happens of course. Corals and WH are 10s and 12s and not taking any chances I see, but he's 25+ on here so I'll have a bit EW.

Boss'd is on my shortlist. Has other entries later in the week and has been qualified over short trips. Rigidity has been galloping with Bullet Train. Official Style has been shouted from the rooftops. I'll be going Official Style and Rigidity as the exacta

Definitely time to call it a day - backed Cocktail Charlie before the off and was counting my cash. Great ride by Ryan Moore but shouldn't have lost.
Hoping for a good run from Rigidity in the last. Good luck all and roll on tomorrow.
