... could this be a whooosh performance by STS. Waste of time keeping your eye on any particular horse to swoop on them late in the Arc so lets see the whoosh from 2 out.

I am laying him big time today. He is not proven against older horses over 12 furlongs. I didn't think they would turn up for this race & I would rather have the next seven in the betting running for me .
Pretty confident his unbeaten run ends today , he's not Dancing Brave whatever the hype says. Let's see.

looking at the race last night,on the surface i thought it was weak opposition for sts.
however on investigation there are 9 gp1 winners in opposition.
similar to dancing brave's year,although the depth of gp1 winners was bigger then eg acatenango unbeaten in 14 starts.
if someone said i'll give you 5/2 i would snap it up obviously.so on that principle i could not lay sts.he is by far the likliest winner IF his season hasn't caught up with him.
i have seen too many arc certs beaten for various reasons ;deep impact,generous,reference point,nijisky troy,sir ivor so if youv'e missed the fancy prices i would prsonally be wary of lumping at odds on.

how can he accelerate like that after pulling so hard? Amazing horse.
He's the best no horse has ever done what he's done, perfect.
It wasn't just the acceleration - it was the short distance he did it in,from possibly in trouble to just about in front in a dozen or so strides.Unreal.

Funny thing is i didn't even back him but absolutely chuffed to bits for the horse,privileged to have witnessed him in my lifetime.
well done backers. he is the greatest ever. i'm really glad he won and with so much style. pulls hard then gets out of trouble a couple of furlongs out. magical. how much would the offspring of him and zarkava be worth now???

Mick went too soon imo. Could've been more relaxed once he'd got back into a good position on the rail.
If this is STS last race (which I hope it is), would be a great time for him to retire. How can you top that as an achievement.
