i got locked out for making 6 unsuccesful attempts to log on, it was my first attempt, the help desk asked, as security, my mothers maiden name then asked if i had given another name as my answer was incorrect, after assuring them that i had a lot more idea of my mothers maiden name than they did i was told my account was fully active and they coldn't see a problem ffs
