Binocular, allegedly according to trainer & jockey wasn't 100% fit for the gig in the Champion. He was also a 5yo, who don't have the best of records in the race. In 2010, he will be a year older, a year stronger, and 100% bang up for it don't you worry about that. I layed it last year and backed Punjabi (and also Muirhead I may add) but I felt I got away with it. As soon as the race finished my first impressions were Binocular could be the next Istabraq. Just my opinion. |

Because, i know for a fact, that henderson and their team all bet Punjabi big when it won the champion hurdle, and advised my mate on course who was with them in the owners/trainers box to have a big ew. i back the thai lad to stop Dunne in 1st 2nd 3rd or 4th round. 33/1 25/1 25/1 25/1 6euro @ 25/1 won as he stopped dunne in the 3rd round. also had 50 on dunne to hit the floor at 8/11 he hit the floor 3 times in the 3rd round After the fight :| To be fair i dont think i've ever seen him back a loser.....
