I know I've never backed you before, but thats because you're pi$$ poor. I think its about time you won a race, because poor custard is losing face. Whilst its true you are no Mon Mome, surely this time you can beat the ambulance home. Imagine the shock if you get first place, i'll end up with egg on my face! ;) |

well what can i say man ? you so nearly got back up and won and i would have a nice ton but it just wasn't meant to be so it's beans on toast for tea but at least you showed some fight it was so nearly a special night if only you had gone just that little bit faster but not to worry , i'm a postie so i saved on postmaster that was probably youre last ever race so it certainly wasn't no disgrace have a nice retirement out to grass i'll give you a carrot if i ever pass . |

Custard, its not over yet as your boy will run on Sunday with the aim of putting him spot on for the Summer Plate next Sarurday. Trainer is happy with him and he will bow out at Market Rasen...honest, although I do accept I said this earlier in April
I know many will think he should have ran his last race and indeed they may be right, but he really does love the job and VW is the last trainer in the world to run a horse on the wrong ground or when he is not right. He loves good ground and is not getting any faster so logically cannot compete in the winter with his best chance this summer (we were never going to let him off and bring him back again after a break) in his case his final race over 2m 6 at MR. Stan would love it if you could make it, if not no worries...all the best |
