Yes - I've got my usual spreadsheet and have got my preliminary long list that will be whittled down to a shortlist of around 30. Then I'm looking forward to doing my spreadsheet which analyses the Paddy Power Gold Cup, to narrow the field down to the likeliest winners.

any dark horses JOCI as I need to submit my works one this week and most people have the same 7 or 8 in their lists

Take a look at Atouchbetweenacara (or something similar). Seems a likely type to go close in the Paddy Power then move on to potentially better things.

What list are you referring to. I've not got the full list of horses yet, as I've not received the book, but I have compiled my own 'long list' of horses that I feel merit strong consideration at this stage. This will be added to, and some eliminations made over the next 6 weeks or so.

Some of you might be interested to know that the RP sent me an e-mail offering the book for free if I joined the membership for the RP site. Might take them up on that at it's only £7.50 for a month's worth.

No. Just a link to the site. The site doesn't mention anything. Small print on e-mail says:
