Well this could be the start of an interesting journey or it could be that in another couple of months or even weeks I am back in the bookies winning only if I have a winner in the last race

Somebody told me to start a blog to aid my discipline , I have blown over a thousand pounds ( money I could not afford to lose ) in the last 3 months, gambling without any thought at all, I paid for what i could only say is advice and all i can say is that I wish I had received the information last year it would have saved me a fortune. I am not going to mention the where the info came from as this is not an advert and if it doesn`t work i don`t want to give him bad publicity, I dare say after reading a few blogs and the comments I could have got the same advice off here for free, anyway what I am doing from tomorrow on here will be posting my bets

I have a bank of £200 and the aim is long term so stakes will be low, I expect the lays to be the more profitable although on back testing my system It did have 5 losses in a row last year

Bets will consist of
Singles            approx 1% of bank
E.W Singles        approx 1% of bank
E.W Double         approx 1% of bank
Dutched Race       approx 1% of bank
Lays               approx 5% of bank

These are really conservative mainly because the only system I have paper traded is the lays If over the coming weeks or months I am still here and things are going well I will increase percentages.

Reminder that this blog is for my own benefit to aid discipline but any staking advice would be welcome
