I wouldnt bank on soft ground, Ascot drains like a colander and weve some windy sunny weather at present, to be really soft it has to have rained within 48 hours o the race imho

if it were to rain on the sat then id have Maarek as 6-1 fav for the wokingham

Zilzal .. this Maarek (still 14's with one) could be the proverbial good thing. Goes in a bog if it gets that bad. Best go any load up some more.
