If sagramor runs i don't see him staying, though I'm loathe to totally write him off as he's very gutsy. Labarinto has good form put is a little onepaced and Fulgur easily beat him last time. Fulgur has a strong chance . He's got a decent turn of foot travels well and is well balanced all very useful attributes for Goodwood. He's well drawn also and I don't see the weight rise stopping him. The negatives are that he's a hold up horse so could have traffic problems. Another bigger problem is the jockey who doesn't ride Goodwoods round course very well but more worrying was the ride he gave Forti de marmi over C/d 2 days previous: drifted from 10/1-18/1 just before the off for no reason was slow away and jockey never gave it any chance. If Fulgur drifts late on punters will know their fate. In spite of this I will still be putting a decent bet on Fulgur at 5/1 ,but not as much as if someone else was on board.
How about Boogie Shoes - Whiplash Willie makes this horse look well handicapped. Should improve for the Epsom experience last time out and likely to sit of the pace and commit a bit later tomorrow - was mugged by two horses held up well off the pace lto. Trainer continues to be bang in form and c/d/g should all suit. Cracking ew bet at 11/1 imo.

the significant drift came late on again on here out from 5/1 to nearly 8/1 signifying there was little chance of him being allowed to win. Came out of the stalls quick despite jockey trying to pull him back. Up the straight jockey headed to the inner hoping for a blocked run when it opened up he gave a light hands and heels ride(one light smack with the whip only). Both horses trained by the same guy, I hope he isn't invovled as well.
