I know we have brought this up before but when (if ever) will Mr Cecil become Sir Henry? Did he p*ss someone off in the past or what? If Frankel wins the Derby, King George, St Leger, Arc, Champions League, Eurovision, and Strictly will he then get considered? These here today, gone tomorrow, so called celebrities are more well known than a man who has been in his business for five decades and he has fought illness and loss and bounced back to the top again.
