The fondest of fond memories at The Don over the years. Used to go 4 times a week most weeks but mainly at least 3. Amazing Derby memories even though I have never won massive on the race overall. Was a very small graded owner years ago but loved every second....Just cannot get a 50th of the feeling I had at Wimbledon as I do at Towcester. I havn't attended and doubt I will.
The track is awful, and the atmosphere worse from what I can see. A crying crying shame. |

I should add though I am a fan of the Gone To The Dogs YouTube channel. At least someone seems like they are trying to start the engine of this amazing sport once again.
I never new of Dani Jackson but her enthusiasm is refreshing. Had many a pint with Hobbsy (mainly at Bromley FC home games) and he is still more than decent in my humble opinion. A very likeable chap. The more support it gets the better the channel will get hopefully. |
