Welldone.
U do any in the shops these days? |
By:
was getting on in the shop with paddy power,
will go in there tomorrow if the prices are right.....wrong in my eyes |
By:
went this morning
12.39 most respectable..5/1.................sp 15/8 12.54 best poppy........11/4................sp 6/4 was told sp only.. had £150 on respectable on betfair at 3/1...2nd put a bet in at 3.10 for poppy, not got matched ...won. thats why it is hard on betfair because a lot of the time you are taking the right price, and at the right price, minus commission, u cannot win |
By:
of course you can win, just need to have a higher strike rate..?
By:
can beat early show on here problem is usually to lowish stakes
obviously not the roi of beating bookie early prices |
By:
stakes on here are becoming terrible, average race struggles to get 15k matched total. Anyone remember the glory years of 2005-2010 where was always 40/50k matched on all bags races
By:
Do you remember "grand man?"
Random £1000 bets on graded, that went on for a while. I think he done it all or just got bored. |
By:
yes i remember him, usually appeared in the evenings after the big horse race festivals...
By:
By:
Yup, I remember grand man. A lot of the time, under the odds. An arbers dream at the time if anybody did that and could get on.
By:
On Betfair u are taking the right price?
By:
On Betfair u are taking the right price?
by that i mean i would say 8/10 are rougly the right price. i make a dog 2/1 and it trades between 9/4 and 7/4, or 3/1 and it trades betwwen 7/2 and 5/2. but now again i make a dog 5/2 amd i get 5/1+.......thats where i make my money. and thats why it was easy to make money IF you could take the early prices, because of the ricks |
