Yesterday I laid trap 2 in that particular race and did a 2-5 2-6 saver to return my losses in essence. Trap 2 won the race and there was a DH for 2nd place 5 & 6 so I thought no problem. Betfair gave trap 2 as the winner in the win market but gave the result in the F/C market as winners 1-5 & 1-6 to my horror so no money back. I contacted live chat 1 hour after the settlement to find out why they were still giving 1-5 1-6 as winners and was told that my dispute would be put on priority with the "traders".24 hours later nothing still doing and they have over £100 of my cash which of course I am not free do with want I want.....your thoughts anyone as this is no doubt in 30 years the worst experience I have had with any bookmaker.
