GBGB Rules and Regualtions (track surfaces)

there is not 1 rule

nothing to do with safety, track preparation, build quality etc etc

funny the very thing the dog is running flat out on... and the 'top trump' variable in racing

within couple hundred mile radius we have both tracks running level and others running 200 slow and biased...

do the GBGB even have power to implement rules over the bookies ???
