I totally agree with you .Hope any moderator reads the post and passes it back to the IT team. After all there are allot of good customers using Betfair.

Messaged the help page. The reply was. I believe we are experiencing technical issues with these at the moment and have been advised that our team are working as quickly as possible to get it back up and running soon. I can only advice to keep checking in the meantime. Hopefully soon.

Still not resolved... just the standard response from them.. “ the relevant team are aware of this issue” . They have been aware for 4 days.. can’t be the most difficult thing to sort surely..?

Now been a week and they have not managed to fix it..!! Do they not have any IT employees anymore..? Live chat stopped working.. maybe they have gone skint..
