Could you shed any light on why the live video won’t play or is not even visible when using mobile broadband, but is fine when using normal data...?

What do you mean by normal data? wifi or ethernet? Are you using a mobile phone, a tablet, a laptop, or something else? Are you using the app, or accessing via a web page? Have you tried different browser(s). Firefox is worth trying, if you haven't already. You can also try getting some advice from betfair.

It works perfectly well when using 4g/5g... am watching it via mobile phone.. but as soon as I switch from the 4g/5G to mobile broadband ( from the same network provider) it doesn’t allow any live video play at all.. it’s very strange
