These syndicates need to have a member allocated to Home each Dog they Purchase , before they buy them , As for this Towstar business insane money changing hands . From what I can gather we have 17 dogs now sitting in kennels , and the prepaid  fees have gone west As if what was paid up front was not bad enough

All these syndicate Dogs should have a dedicated home when purchased ,If 100 people can put in surely someone can offer the dog a home ,I believe most of the Bubblies are homed by members which is the way it should be , As for this TOWSTAR business 27500 for 1500 Dog WTF

Was each Member aware there was another 99 Members ,why would anyone pay the 275 if that were
the case ? They need there heads examined ,as you say Pinch of salt , but does not sound good .

Should be a rule SYNDICATES home the dogs IMVHO , thats my main concern , Was involved in two
I homed one the Bro in Law homed the other .

If people are silly enough to pay the money that was asked in this case that's their problem I
would be more concerned the dogs are being looked after .
