JK and the dodgy draw

At the heart of the GBGB masterplan is the statement "EVERY RACE IS TO BE RUN FAIRLY" which of course is impossible to monitor and highly unlikely given the variables out there that can be manipulated. My question however concerns the draw made by JK last night. He never showed any of those pieces of paper that the dogs names were written on to anyone. Is he that untouchable ? RPGTV should have handled the draw a lot better. JK left himself vulnerable to criticism but worst of all , the FAIRNESS  wasnt shown to exist. The important thing isnt that fairness takes place according to the minority of one JK ...it is that FAIRNESS IS SEEN TO TAKE PLACE by the majority of those in the sport.
